Sales 27 x ROAS
We designed their presence around paid advertising to make the company visible to people outside its usual sphere. This was the first time Windsor Interiors have expanded their presence on social media in the twenty-two years they have been servicing the local community.
After the initial success of paid advertising, we started to dig deeper into the campaigns that we launched for Windsor Interiors and saw an opportunity to maximise the success and increase the conversion rate from clicks into sales.
We ascertained that there was a lack of information on the current website available to the potential customer, which made it much more unlikely that they would be inspired to pursue a brand-new kitchen or bathroom with the company. The previous website offered the customer no way to engage with the amazing ranges that they offer and no way to see what they actually offer.
We completely overhauled and re-designed their website (click here to view it), so that it is now visually orientated, user-friendly and intuitive to navigate. We expanded their image gallery from four examples of their kitchens, to a comprehensive overview of more than one hundred ranges and installations that Windsor Interiors offer. Our radical transformation has not only improved its aesthetic qualities, but also redefined its purpose as a tool to help people make the transition from seeing the paid advertising to selecting Windsor Interiors offering, and see first-hand what they can do for their home.
The key website metric across the board significantly improved, with a decrease in ‘Bounce Rate’, an increase in the average time on site and pages per session.
After just seven months, the extra customer enquiries translating into sales generated by social media have cumulated into a 27 x ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)!
