We centralised a distinctive style for the branding which then translated onto the website, predominantly based around creating and then incorporating a unique otherworldly identity.

We presented a varied set of designs around this theme, and then refined these to best embody the spirit of magic, exclusivity and luxury that characterises Hope Psychic. In terms of optics, we utilised a bold colour palette of purple, gold and white – regal with a modern twist, to give an immediate impression of the company’s ethos of providing a high-quality service.

On the website, we ensured that all the most important information is available at a glance and that the website is CRO thus clearly sign-posted with call to actions. We meticulously thought through the customer journey, with the inclusion of a helpful source of practical information about the business and its ethos, including a comprehensive overview of the tarot-reading, mediumship and astrology services that they offer.

For  Hope Psychic to function as a live online psychic company, the website required integration to the premium telephone lines via the implementation of an API. This ensured that each call and availability of the reader triggered the traffic lights system on the website, so a visitor knows which readers are available, busy or offline.
