The Project

Due to digital mishaps and a lack of maintenance, G-Wu lost their original website and needed a new one ASAP. After getting in touch with us, within the same day we had a landing page functional and visible to the general public. Following on from this, we designed and built a brand-new website.


The Process

Conceptually, G-Wu wanted to steer away from the generic restaurant website and instead offer a design that is modest. This allowed us to create their vision of having a website that is easy to navigate, embraced a simple approach which gave the food itself the importance visually – delivering the hard sell to anybody browsing with an empty stomach!



G-Wu brings in a huge volume of digital traffic every week with visitors looking up the takeaway menu, and now their brand-new website capitalises on this influx with clean aesthetics and clear CTAs. A visitor can now see at a glance that it is much more than a traditional Chinese takeaway, helping them to buy into the vision on G-Wu – before the food itself makes them into believers!
