Bespoke Eyewear are a premium independent opticians that curate a selection of unique and high-end brands. As a company they strive to provide elegant and exclusive products with personalised customer service, reinvigorating the clinical 21st century process of going to the opticians. Their store, an 1840s grade II listed building in the heart of Harrogate is the perfect setting for a luxury bespoke experience.

The Project

At BE, their motto “your eyewear is your identity” is a celebration of the self-expression and confidence that can be unlocked by choosing a pair of glasses from an excellent collection. With this in mind, the brief was to translate the ethos of Bespoke Eyewear onto their online presence while advertising the eyewear on offer.

The Process

We recognise that when choosing practical accessories, being able to engage visually with the product and emotionally with the brand are the two most important things. We decided that building a portfolio of Bespoke Eyewear’s wares and the store would best advertise their stylish unique eyewear available, whilst also capturing the verve and approachable atmosphere of their shop.

Now that these social channels have been established, we continue to ensure that Bespoke Eyewear’s accounts are active, engaging, and interactive for any potential customers, conveying the friendly and hospitable ambience of the store; where walking through the door feels like being welcomed into the family!
